Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted if:
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You raise a return request within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Used products
• Opened bottles or tampered packaging
• Items returned without original invoice
3. How to Return:
Email us at morgachemicals@gmail.com with:
• Order ID
• Photo of the item
• Reason for return
4. Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item
• In case of prepaid orders, refund status will be notified via email/SMS
5. Return Shipping:
• If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will cover the return shipping
• In other cases, return shipping charges may apply
